Patient Consultant/Practice Manager
Valerie is our Practice Coordinator and Director. She is the first to admit she does not fit the role of the stereotypical patient coordinator, but that doesn’t matter to her one bit. What matters to her the most is understanding each patient’s “why”, who they are inside and out, and how to help every patient be the very best version of themselves. Her true drive and passion is understanding that our image is only a reflection of our souls, and she loves being a part of our patients’ journeys in that discovery. Outside of work, she is our country surfer girl who loves her family and travel. Valerie is Dr. Schoemann’s biggest cheerleader and is a huge part of the culture we represent at Schoemann Plastic Surgery.
Kalia Cosby
Licensed Aesthetician
Kalia is our medical assistant and aesthetician. She is kind and caring with every patient and is there to hold the hands of our patients when they are nervous. She brings a wealth of aesthetic knowledge to our practice and is our dedicated DiamondGlow technician, wax specialist, and aesthetic guru. She is the spitting image of her mom, Valerie, and together they truly bring the family practice philosophy. Kalia is pursuing her BSN in nursing and is a surfer girl who loves the country, family, and kickin’ up her boots in her free time.
Joann Kreps
Front Office Coordinator
Joann is our Front Office Manager, and all of our patients feel welcome because of her presence and nurturing soul. Joann is incredibly passionate about taking away stereotypical norms and fears that go along with plastic surgery, which is exactly why she loves our culture and philosophy. When she is not at the practice, Joann enjoys gardening, traveling, and spending time with her husband and two daughters.
