PROCEDURE DETAILS:
This patient presented with significant neck skin laxity which he referred to as his “turkey gobbler.” The patient did not wish to have a traditional neck lift under general anesthesia in the operating room so a direct excision of the loose neck skin was performed under local anesthesia.
